My first baseball game

Daddy and I just got back from my first baseball game. We went to see the Charlotte Knights play the Norfolk Tides. Daddy got free tickets from work and we got to sit on the first row behind the dugout. It was so cool. I had tons of fun. I liked it when the people cheered for the guys who hit the ball over the fence. I learned a lot about the players. Daddy showed me which one was the pitcher, catcher, first baseman, second baseman, shortstop, third baseman, right fielder, center fielder and left fielder. Wow there are a lot of players on the field. Sorry no pictures. We didn't take the camera. Well it was a long night at the ballpark and it is past my bedtime. Nighty, night.

Hmmm...Help!

Andy and I are doing our "summer of weddings" this fall! It'll be fun to get to see friends and family all together and celebrate with them. But...you all know my fashion sense and lack of decision making skills, so here's the dilemma - which dress do I wear to a 6:00 semi-formal (this is going to be a classy affair) wedding in New Orleans? Please comment with your vote or email me! Thanks so much for your help!
PS - Imagine beautiful hair and make up...that's a dilemma for another day :-)
(You all know how "frugal" I am too...The Zebra and the green cost about the same - reasonably priced on clearance and the blue is the bridesmaid dress from John and Mary's wedding - so the family has already seen this one.)

This one is flowy and would probably be the coolest (temperature wise.) It hides the post baby belly pretty well. But does it count as semi-formal?

This one has laces up the back, but it's a little bit big so the laces end up pulling the two sides almost all the way together - not really a big deal though. Is this formal or semi-formal?

This one is a little snug through the chest now. Grrr... I just had it altered to take it in in March! But I could probably find a shawl or jacket or something to make it less noticeable.

So give me your opinions! The Zebra, The Green, The Blue, or keep looking :-)

Visiting!

Mommy, Grammy, and I went on a grand adventure yesterday and today...
We went to visit great Grandma and great Paw Paw and my great great aunts and uncle!
Here I am with my great great Aunt Jimmie - we got to eat lunch with them! Yummy!

Ben and I had a good time too! I showed him how to wear his Mardi Gras beads.

Here's a group picture (except for Grammy and great Paw Paw.) Afterwards, Mr. Ben showed me some of his fancy artwork. I hope I can do that one day!

We also visited my great great Aunt Kathleen. She has lots of elephants in her house and I got to look at them all. What fun to explore! No worries though great Paw Paw. I still wore my Auburn jammies to bed tonight!

Great Paw Paw and I had a good time making each other and everybody else laugh!

Here I am with the awesome stocking great great Aunt Kathleen made for me. It's just like Mommy's that Kathleen made for her when she was little. Pretty cool, huh?
