I'm so far behind in posting I'm feeling a bit stressed about it - and this should be fun, not stressful...so...my solution is to just have all the pictures in an album that you can peruse at your leisure and start from now with the posts. I'll try to add captions to a few, but I'm very sorry to the people whose events these are that you don't get your own post...

A VERY important day for Will!

August 16, 2009 Andy and I stood with Will before God, our family and friends, and the congregation of Good Shepherd UMC and publicly promised that we will do everything we can to lead him to choose Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior when he is able to make the decision himself. While we prayed at home shortly after Will was born and thanked God for sending us His child that we get to love, teach, and guide, it was wonderful and very touching that so many people came to support us in our decision and celebrate this day with us. Thank you all! We really appreciate the lengths you went through to support us.


Family and friends

Will is wearing a gown from ~1885. It has been worn for dedications, baptisms, and christenings of the Kennedy side of the family for many, many years. We were glad to share in the traditions of a family with such strong roots.

I've had lots of great adventures lately. My parents dedicated me to God! I went to New Orleans to see Mommy's cousin get married. I swing in my swing on the swingset. All sorts of great stuff. Hopefully, I'll have time to tell you all about it soon!
